Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you're short arrives with defective printing or has been damaged please send us an email, with a picture of the item and defect to email@example.com and we will get a replacement item sent to you free of charge. If it happens again we will refund your purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We unfortunately can't accept a return because you've changed your mind on the design chosen or got the wrong size. If you've ordered the wrong size please contact us to get details of the discount we can offer on the replacement at firstname.lastname@example.org

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
